Refund Policy
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
- Company or LLC: Refers to ICG Middle East LLC, Office Number 301-2, 3rd Floor, Sultan Group Investment Building, Deira, Al Ittihad Road – Port Saeed, Dubai, UAE, and all its national and international branches.
- Service: Refers to the Consultancy Services provided by ICG Middle East.
- You: Means the individual accessing the Service, or the legal entity they represent.

Refund Policy Terms
- Refunds will only cover the fee paid to the company. No interest will be paid. No refunds for early service withdrawal.
- If the client pays only part of the installment as per clause 6(a)(i), they are not eligible for a refund.
- If eligibility changes after registration due to updated immigration rules, the client may transfer services but not claim a refund.
- Refund calculations exclude taxes; taxes are non-refundable.
- If services promised are not provided within the agreed timeframe, a full refund will be issued via PDC within 30 working days, subject to submission of the Refund Claim Form and receipt copy.
- Refunds are not applicable to payments made to assessing bodies or immigration authorities.
- Company fees are as per internal standards and not negotiable post-registration.
- If a client decides not to relocate for any reason, all installment payments are still due and no refund will be issued.
- Clients who discontinue or pause services at any stage are not eligible for refunds, including visa stage.
No Refunds Will Be Given If:
- Visa interview is missed.
- Embassy or consulate requirements are not met.
- Client or dependents fail medical exams.
- Police clearance is not genuine (if applicable).
- Fraudulent documents are submitted.
- Previous immigration violations exist.
- Additional documents are not submitted on time.
- Technical issues at VFS or missing documents not submitted.
- Language test score requirements (IELTS/OET/TOEFL/PTE) are not met.
- Case is abandoned within 3 months of first payment.
- No communication with Process Consultant for 3 months.
If immigration laws change after agreement signing and client becomes ineligible, 75% of the fee will be refunded, with 25% retained as consultation fees.
No refunds or fee adjustments if the client abandons a service to switch to another or changes the destination country.
If the client behaves inappropriately with staff, ICG Middle East LLC reserves the right to terminate services without a refund.
ICG Middle East LLC May Terminate Services Without Refund If:
- Client fails to submit required documents within 30 days.
- Client tarnishes the company’s reputation.
- No response to communication attempts for over a month.
If the client pays government/test fees using the company’s card, they must transfer the amount to the company first. These charges are strictly non-refundable.
Client must provide truthful information. Refunds will not be granted if disqualifying information is revealed later.
If immigration laws change and affect eligibility while the client delays document submission, the company is not liable for refunds.
No refunds will be issued in cases of physical or mental unsoundness or death of the client.
Note: Refund requests will only be considered after 8 months from the date of initial processing.
